Return eligibility
- Request the return within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Proof of purchase or the Veyaroa order number is required.
- Opened hygiene-sensitive or personal-use products, personalized goods, gift cards, clearance items marked final sale, and digital products are not returnable unless defective or required by law.
Starting a return
Contact Veyaroa before sending an item back. Include your order number and reason for return. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items, also provide clear photographs. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Veyaroa will cover reasonable return shipping when the delivered item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
We will inspect approved returns after they arrive. If accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Payment providers may require additional processing time. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect, or when required by law.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please report damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue promptly.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Orders that have entered processing or shipment may no longer be cancellable.
