Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

- Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more, calculated after discounts and before taxes.
Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by product, destination, carrier conditions, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking and addresses
Tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if an address correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows an unusual delay or you believe a package is lost, contact Veyaroa with your order number so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
